What the package includes

The package follows you from preparation before birth into the early postnatal period, so the support does not stop once your baby arrives.

  • One 60-minute antenatal virtual session on Microsoft Teams
  • One included postnatal home visit of up to 90 minutes after birth
  • One 30-minute virtual follow-up
  • Secure access to the included next-stage booking links

What we can cover before birth

The session is shaped around your questions, previous experiences and feeding goals. Partners and other people supporting you are welcome to join.

  • What feeding may look like in the first hours and days
  • Positioning, attachment and signs of effective feeding
  • Feeding cues, frequent feeding and normal early patterns
  • Expressing, combination feeding and contingency planning where relevant
  • How your partner or support network can help
  • When and where to seek additional help

Support after your baby arrives

The home visit gives us time to talk through what has happened since birth and, with your consent, observe a feed. We can then discuss practical next steps that reflect your circumstances and goals.

The virtual follow-up is a chance to review progress, adjust the plan and discuss questions that arise after the visit.

Booking and package period

Payment is collected securely through Stripe during the initial Calendly booking. The included appointments must be used within 12 months of purchase. Home visits are available in N2, N3, N10, N12 and N20.

Antenatal Breastfeeding Preparation

Frequently asked
questions.

Can my partner attend?

Yes. Partners and other people who will support you are very welcome to join the antenatal session and can be included in practical planning.

What if I have breastfed before?

The session can focus on your previous experience, what you would like to approach differently and any particular concerns about the next feeding journey.

How do I book the appointments after the first session?

After the package is purchased, you will receive secure access to the booking links for the included next stages of care.

Does the package replace medical care?

No. Lactation support does not replace care from your midwife, GP, health visitor, paediatrician or emergency services. I will explain when additional assessment may be appropriate.
